Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Toccara Candles! We take pride in carefully crafting and shipping each order with love and intention.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Orders over $50 ship free (standard shipping).

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Each Toccara Candle is hand-poured and made to order with care. This means 1-2 business days of production time before your order is shipped. Once your candle is poured, packed, and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

📍 Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Toccara Candles is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

💬 Order Issues & Support

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or you have questions about your delivery, please contact us at hello@toccaracandles.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Toccara Candles, we take pride in handcrafting high-quality, intentional candles designed to elevate your mood and your space. While we do not accept change-of-mind returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive a product you love. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

To start a return or replacement request, email us at hello@toccaracandles.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide next steps, which may include a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your candle is broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, contact us immediately. We may request photo evidence to help us assess the damage and offer a prompt resolution.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Candles that have been used or burned

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Returns due to change of mind

🔄 Exchanges

Since we do not accept returns for preference changes, the best way to receive a new candle is to place a new order after reaching out about any product concerns.

💸 Refunds

If your return or refund request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
